Patricia Schell Bryant

Mrs. Patricia Bryant, 84, of Gray, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2023.  Funeral services will be Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 1:00PM, at Bradley Baptist Church with the Reverend Steve Johnson officiating.  Interment will be at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia.  The family will greet friends one half-hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Bryant was a skilled crafter who enjoyed crochet and jewelry-making. Although she worked for a short time as a banking secretary, Mrs. Bryant’s most important work was in her own home as a wife and mother.  She will be remembered for her love and devotion to her whole family.

Mrs. Bryant is preceded in death by her husband, James Carter Bryant; parents, Percy and Lula Schell; and siblings, Lorena Vaughn, Mary Newsom, Lee Schell, Alfred Schell, Marion Wheeler, Horace Schell, Harold Schell, Leon Schell, and Tom Schell. Mrs. Bryant is survived by her daughter, Kim Claxton (Jimmy Claxton, Jr.), of Danville, Georgia; son, Greg Bryant, of Warner Robins, Georgia; grandchildren, Jesse Tidwell, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Casey Brooks, of Bossier City, Louisiana, Thomas Bryant, of Warner Robins, and Gavin Bryant, of Warner Robins; great-granddaughter, Stevie Lynn Brooks, of Bossier City, Louisiana; sister-in-law, Janice Schell, of Gray; and numerous nieces and nephews.
