Pam Turner, 69, of Macon, Georgia, passed away at her home on Easter Sunday, April 4th, 2021. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Hart’s at the Cupola. A graveside service will be held at Macon Memorial Park on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 11:00am. Jason Blankenship will be officiating.
Pam was born at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. She married Steve Turner in 1970 and had three children. She retired from JC Penney in Macon, Georgia after approximately 29 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and looked forward to her visits with them each Sunday. She was an animal lover, especially her fur-babies at home. Pam spent many hours working on projects in her craft room and thoroughly enjoyed sharing her unique creations with friends and family. Her favorite time of year was Christmas. She loved the music, decorations and started a family tradition of cookie baking with all of her grandchildren. To know Pam, was to love Pam. She touched so many lives with her warm heart and sincere kindness to each and everyone.
She is predeceased by her mother, Betty Horton Kehaya and father, Col. Donald E Kehaya. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Steve Turner; brother, Neal Kehaya; aunt, Bernice "Pete" Branka; children, Stephanie “Tutta” Johns (Dusty Davis), Jason Turner (Summer) and Eric Turner (Dana); grandchildren, Christian (Haleigh), Chelsea (Kenyon), Cassidy, Cameron, Tate, Karli, Hannah, Aubrie, Emma and Lane; and great-grandchildren, Jayden, Sadie, Jayce, Mollie Blake, Kyleigh and Beau (on the way).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Pam’s honor to the American Cancer Society or any charity of the donor’s choice.
