Nikki Mosley

Nikki Mosley, 39, of Gray, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at the Hart’s Mortuary Chapel on Cherry Street, with Reverend Gabby Loyd officiating.  Family will greet friends one hour prior to service. Flowers will be accepted because of Nikki’s love for them.  Her family said she loved planting them, cultivating them, and being surrounded by them. They brought her so much joy.  

Nikki was an entrepreneur and owner of Charlee-Madison Clothing Company.  She loved animals and taking care of her Tabby-Cat, “Bullet” and her dog, "CoCo".  Because of her fascination of sharks, she enjoyed watching “Shark Week” on the Discovery Channel. She also loved watching the Bachelor/Bachelorette television show and getting her nails done. Nikki loved spending time with her children and spending time with them on St. Simon’s Island. She also enjoyed putting puzzles together in her spare time. Nikki loved her family and will be greatly missed.

Nikki is survived by her two daughters, Madison and Charlee Wood, both of Gray, Georgia; her sister, Taylor Mosley of Chattanooga, Tennessee; her mother, Deborah Ann Durden of Macon, Georgia; her aunts, Sue Shirah (Gary) of Macon, Georgia and Michelle Nations (Joel) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; her uncle, Billy Mosley of Macon, Georgia; her grandparents, John and Patsy Oldham of Chattanooga, Tennessee; the children’s father, Trent Wood (Nicole) of Gray, Georgia; and her cousins, Aubrey Nations of Chattanooga, Tennessee; Vicki Hatcher (Shawn) of Gray, Georgia; and Pam Peskoe(Brad) of North Carolina.  She is preceded in death by her father, Michael Mosley, and her sister, Casey Mosley.
