Linda Kay Bratcher Reid

Linda Kay Bratcher Reid, 74, of Gray, GA passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022.  A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Bradley Baptist Church.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bradley Baptist Church, 821 Monticello Hwy, Gray, GA 31032.

Daughter of the late Rodney and Oressa Hoover Bratcher, Mrs. Reid graduated from Western High School in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was a member of Bradley Baptist Church.   She was a dedicated hardworking employee at Brown and Williamson for 35 years.

Mrs. Reid was a devoted wife and loving and devoted mother and grandmother to all.  She loved her grandchildren, music, bird watching, animals, especially her cats, and enjoyed flower gardening.

Mrs. Reid was preceded in death by her brothers, Bruce Bratcher and Jimmy Bratcher.

Mrs. Reid is survived by her husband of 52 years, Roger Coleman Reid of Gray; children, Tina Major (Lee), Renee Ray (Chuck), Christy Cranford, and Erin Reid Nixon; and grandchildren, Brittani Warren, Bucky Vandenburg, Tanner Ray, Grace Faircloth, Ruth Faircloth, Cole Nixon, and Elizabeth Nixon.
