Obituary
Ms. Kimberly Bedford, 60, of Haddock, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
After graduating from Jones County High School in 1981, Ms. Bedford went to work in the insurance industry. She ended her working career after over fifteen years at Walmart. Ms. Bedford was a faithful member of Haddock Baptist Church and will be missed by the congregation there. Ms. Bedford loved dogs and cats and, as an avid reader, she always enjoyed settling in with a good book.
Ms. Bedford was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Bedford; and parents, Grady and Judy Batchelor. She is survived by her brother, Berry Batchelor (Darlene), of Haddock; and nieces, Angela Taylor (Zach), of Greenville, South Carolina, and Sharon Smith (Charlie), of Pensacola, Florida.
Hart’s Jones County Chapel, Hart's Mortuary and Cremation Center, 307 Pecan Lane, Gray, GA 31032 has charge of arrangements.
