Jeanette Rozar Causey

Macon- Jeanette Rozar Causey, 70, of 4238 Dorothy Avenue, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 11:00AM at Avondale Baptist Church with the Reverend Marty Watson officiating. Burial will be private. The family will greet friends on Friday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary and may be contacted at the residence. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to United Hospice of Macon, 2484 Ingleside Avenue, Macon, GA 31204. Mrs. Causey was a member of Avondale Baptist Church. She was a gospel singer and provided a nursing home ministry. Mrs. Causey was predeceased by her father, Marvin Rozar, and by her sister, Ann Vickery. Survivors include her husband, the Reverend Paul Causey, Sr. of Macon; children, Detena Rozar of Knoxville, GA, Nancy Brown (Barry) of Dublin, GA, Patricia Hudson (Robert) of Wrightsville, GA and Tina Cooper (Wayne) of Mt. Vernon, GA; stepson, P. J. Causey of Macon; mother, Edna Rozar of Macon; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Martha Wheeler of Adel, GA; brother, Fred Rozar (Jerry) of Macon.
