Glenda Anderson Tarver

Glenda Faye Anderson Tarver, 85, of Gray, passed away Friday, April 8, 2022.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022, at 2:00 PM, at Greenwood Baptist Church with the Reverends Kim Washburn, Beau Washburn, Adam Tarver, and Will Washburn officiating.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to service at the church. 

Daughter of the late Nora Olive McLain Anderson and Grover Cleveland Anderson, Sr., Mrs. Tarver loved her family dearly.    

Mrs. Tarver was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Holmes Tarver; her son, Mike Tarver; six sisters and three brothers. 

Mrs. Tarver is survived by her children, Nancy Hartman (Dean) of LaGrange, Georgia, Susan Washburn (Kim) of Gray, and David Tarver (Beth) of Lizella, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Nell Tarver of Forsyth; grandchildren, Matt Tarver (Ashley), Robin Tarver, Amy Harder (Christopher), Beau Washburn (Lacy), Tarver Washburn (Ivy), Will Washburn (Lindsey), Adam Tarver (Jillian), and Jacob Tarver (Lindsey); and seven great-grandchildren.
