Elaine was born October 19, 1930, in Luzerne Township, Pennsylvania to Dennis and Mary Reagan.  Elaine was the youngest of seven children in a very tight-knit family.   She loved to tag along with her older siblings while they swam in the river or when going to the company store.  Her father was a foreman in the coal mines, and they moved frequently from mining town to mining town. She graduated from Uniontown High School in 1948 and went to work as a receptionist at Pittsburgh Plate Glass where a year later she met Frank Miller. They were married in June of 1950 and had four children.

Elaine was an excellent mother and homemaker. She did her own decorating including making her own drapes.  She was a great cook and baker, and her pies were fantastic.   She was very involved in her children’s lives, being mother, tutor, nurse, chauffeur, and anything else they needed.  She loved crafts and her many needlework designs adorned the walls. As her kids grew up, she worked as a secretary/receptionist often with her husband in his real estate office and then at McAlpine Elementary School in Charlotte, NC.  She loved the kids! After retiring to Florida in 1993, Elaine enjoyed reading, going to the pool, relaxing on the screen porch and hosting her children and grandchildren for vacations and holidays. She moved to Macon in 2021 to be near her daughter.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Joseph Miller; and six siblings: Tom Reagan, George Reagan, D.J. Reagan, Betty Hepler, Catherine Reeves, and Adeline Klingensmith.

Elaine will be lovingly remembered by her children, Kathy Chorzempa, of Locust Grove, Virginia, Ken Miller (Joyce), of Fort Myers, Florida, Jim Miller (Debbie), of South Daytona, Florida, and Jeanne Roddenberry (Eric), of Macon, Georgia; ten grandchildren: Ken Miller (Amy), Jourdan Wheller (Charlie), Kerrie Mazzocco (Matt), Michael Chorzempa, Mary Eades (Michael), Audrey Miller, Matt Miller, Kyle Miller, William Roddenberry, and Anna Roddenberry; and six great-grandchildren: Jordan, Jake, and Millie Mazzocco, Preston and Tyler Chorzempa, and Lily Eades.
