Dorothy "Dottie" (Clark) Andersson

Ms. Dorothy “Dottie” Mae Andersson, 82, of Gray, passed away after a short illness, Monday, October 2, 2023.  Her funeral services will be private.

Ms. Andersson was born September 11, 1941, in Bethel, Pennsylvania.  A very strong, fierce woman, Dottie sometimes seemed to have a bit of a hard exterior (northern hospitality), but inside she was a big softy for those she loved.   In her younger years, Dottie enjoyed travelling all over the world.  She had a no-nonsense approach to life and lived frugally, but well.  She felt it important to eat a healthy diet, and she was an avid walker.  Dottie will be remembered in her close-knit community for her daily walks, and never being too busy to stop to talk to her neighbors.  

Ms. Andersson is survived by her husband, Lars Andersson; and her special friends, Sherry and James Lee, of Gray.
