Barbara Ann "Coot" Sheffield

Barbara Ann “Coot” Sheffield, 72, of Macon, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020.  A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 12:00PM at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens with the Reverend Betty Jane Wimberly and the Reverend Loretta Faulk officiating. 

Mrs. Sheffield was the daughter of the late Nathaniel Lee and Sara Lou Rousey Williams.  She was a member of Bridges of Hope and Restoration Church.  Mrs. Sheffield was preceded in death by her husband, James Carroll “JC” Sheffield, Jr., sister, Linda Jane Gandy, and brother, Danny Lee Williams.

Mrs. Sheffield is survived by her son, Joseph Carroll Sheffield of Macon; grandchildren, Kimberly Sheffield and Peyton Sheffield of Perry, Georgia; sister, Betty Holcomb of Macon; brother, Bobby Williams (Cindy) of Milledgeville, Georgia; nephews, Robby Holcomb (Teresa) of Jones County and Terry Holcomb (Janice) of Jones County; niece, April Williams Spires (Morgan) of Dublin, Georgia; great nephews and nieces, Matthew and Joshua Holcomb, Summer Hill, Hunter Hill, Mason Spires, Madison Spires, and Maddox Spires; and several more nieces and nephews.
