William Stanley “Stan” Greene

William Stanley “Stan” Greene of Macon, GA, age 65, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2021, in the presence of his wife and children.

Stan was born in Albany, GA to Wiley Eugene Greene and Robbie June Greene Harnack, on January 29, 1956. Stan married to Christina Jenkins Greene of Macon, GA, on December 29, 2000 in Barnesville, GA. Stan owned and operated Muffler Masters in Macon, GA. He was known for his singing and whether he was on a stage, singing in a choir or singing in the car, he loved sharing the gift of music with everyone. Stan was known for his willingness to serve and help others. He loved God, his family, and his friends. Stan was preceded in death by his father, Gene Greene and his youngest brother, Chuck Greene. Stan is survived by his wife Christina Greene of Macon, GA; his mother June Greene Harnack (Andy); his children Sara Beth Stout (Matt), Merry Anna Staub (Thomas), Seth Greene (Madison), Hannah Leigh Jarriel, David Martin, Robbie Martin (Morgan), Kacie Jones (TJ); his grandchildren Christopher Martin, Gavin Martin, JP Martin, Ruthie Stout, Olivia Stout, Roger Stout, Austyn Jarriel, Tripp Jarriel, Ellie Jones, Addilyn Jones, Gabriel Staub; his sisters Carole Patrick (Hugh), Becky Smith (Wayne); his nephew and niece Adam Smith (Brittany) and Abigail Smith; great nephew and niece Bear and Scout Smith.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm, at Hart’s Mortuary at the Cupola. The family is invited to the Celebration of Life service for Mr. Stan Greene which will be held Thursday, February 4, 2021, at 11:00 am at Hart’s Mortuary at the Cupola. For family who are unable to attend and friends, please join us for the service via live stream. For the health and safety, we kindly ask all attending to wear a mask. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pine Pointe Hospice: 6261 Peake Rd, Macon, GA 31210. The family thanks Pine Pointe Hospice for their gentle care of Stan and support for the family during this hard time.
