William H. Robertson of Macon died on October 8th, 2016, at the age of 86. Two days before his death, he and his wife, Johnnie Outler Robertson, celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary. He was born in Adel, Ga., and served in the Army during the Korean War. He worked in law enforcement, and at the time of his retirement was Chief Investigator at Robins Air Force Base. He was the owner/operator of Trader Bill's Knife Shop. He is survived by his wife, Johnnie; his children, Roxanne (Tim) Parrow of Stillwater, OK, Kathy (Thomas) Matthews of Macon, Anita (Robert) Hall of Bradenton, FL, William H. (Phyllis) Robertson, Jr., of Macon, and Nolan (Brandon) Reynolds of Fayetteville, GA; his grandchildren, Nathan Parrow and Eric Parrow of Oklahoma; Margaret Anne Matthews-Gonzales and Thomas Matthews, Jr., of Macon; Henry Hall of Atlanta; Travis Robertson of Dallas, TX; Hadley Reynolds and Emerson Reynolds of Fayetteville; great-grandchildren Ruth, Isaac, and Levi Parrow of Oklahoma; sister-in-law Mary Turner; and nieces and nephews. No man was better loved by his family, and none will be more keenly missed. A visitation will be held Thursday, October 13, 2016, from 6:30PM until 7:30PM, at Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street.
