William "Butch" Peeler

William "Butch" Peeler, 73, of 44 Brigham Street, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015. The family will greet friends on Thursday, February 26,2015, from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, 765 Cherry Street. Mr. Peeler was a 1961 graduate of Dudley Hughes High School where he played football, basketball and baseball. A veteran of the United States Army, he served in Viet Nam. Mr. Peeler was retired from the Bibb Company. Mr. Peeler is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Lee (Larry) of Fort Valley and Sheila Wood (Gary) of LaGrange; sons, William Emory Peeler, Jr. of Macon and Joe Emory Peeler of Dallas; sister, Sandra Peeler of Macon; eight grandchildren.
