William Holt Glover

Lake City, FL- William Holt Glover, 88, of 226 SW Bloomington Terrace, died Sunday, February 1, 2009. Services will be held Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Wednesday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Mikesville Presbyterian Church, 384 SE Clubhouse Lane, Lake City, FL 32024 or to a charity of the donor's choice. Mr. Glover was a member of Mikesville Presbyterian Church. He was retired civil service from Robins Air Force Base and Memphis Supply Depot. He was a veteran serving in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Glover is survived by his daughters, Susan Pearce (Paul) of Georgetown, Texas and Ann Conley(Dennis) of Lake City, Florida; grandsons, Keith Stafford of Hazlehurst, Georgia and Ben Huselton of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; sisters, Garnita Wood (Clovis) of Jacksonville, Florida, Violet Carden and Lois Baker, both of Macon; great-grandchildren, Jessica Edenfield and Tiffany Stafford; great-great-granddaughter, Mayle Edenfield.
