Wendy Nunnemaker

Wendy Nunnemaker, 46, died Sunday August 5, 2018. Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Gray with the Reverend Randy Darnell officiating. The family will greet friends Friday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Hart’s Mortuary, Jones County Chapel.

Wendy was a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Gray and was a kindergarten teacher at Mattie Wells Elementary School. She was a graduate of Tattnall Square Academy and Georgia Southern University where she earned a degree in Nutrition and Wellness. She was predeceased by her aunt, Betty Wilson.

She is survived by her two sons, Chandler and Austin Nunnemaker, daughter, Miranda Nunnemaker, mother, Gloria Duffell all of Gray, stepbrother, Andy Zihlmann of Jackson, stepsister, Phyllis Blay of McDonough, aunts, Clara (Bill) Bramlett and Louise (Roger) Zihlmann of McDonough and uncle, Tommy Day (Sue) Wilson of Abbeville.
