Wayne Lowell Hulgan

Wayne Lowell Hulgan, 77, of Macon, Georgia passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 1:00 pm in Ingleside Baptist Church Chapel. Dr. Mark Hudgins will officiate. A Celebration visitation will follow the service. Born in Cullem, Illinois, he was the son of the late Robert Philmar Hulgan and Myrtle Rasmuss Hulgan. He was a member of the Ingleside Baptist Church, where he attended the Ross Sunday School Class. Mr. Hulgan was a foster parent for 15 years with Sav A Life and Convenant Care in Macon. He is survived by his wife, Judith White Hulgan of Macon, Ga. Son, Matthew (Jamie) Hulgan of Roswell, Ga. Grandchildren, Halle and Hannah Hulgan of Roswell, Ga.
