Wayne Allen Bryant

Wayne Allen Bryant, 80, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Macon Memorial Park, located in Macon, Georgia. His grandson, Brandon Wall, will speak, along with upcoming local country artist and grandson, Thomas Guest, to sing in honor of him.  Flowers are welcome, or contributions can be made to the donor’s favorite charity in honor of Mr. Wayne Allen Bryant.

Wayne was born on November 4, 1944, in Tifton, Georgia to Clifford Allen and Mary Ellen Bryant.  He married the love of his life, Joan Davis, and he was so proud to have her as his lifelong companion for sixty-three years.

Wayne enjoyed fishing and watching his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren at their sports events and extra activities.  He was a simple man who loved his family, and his love will be an everlasting love that will last forever in the hearts of his family.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Joan Bryant; his children, Amanda Buckley (Dan) of Forsyth, Bill Bryant (Jennifer) of Charleston, South Carolina, and Ginny Slaughter (Danny) of Macon; his eleven grandchildren; and his sixteen great-grandchildren.
