Macon- Vivian Kitchens, 81, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at 1:00PM, at Morningside Baptist Church with Dr. Bill Hardee and the Reverend Billy Abney officiating. Burial will be in the Henderson-Stripling Cemetery in Jones County. Visitation will be held Monday, January 23, 2012, from 6:00PM until 8:00PM, at Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street. Flowers will be accepted. The family may be contacted at 384 Highway 57, Macon, GA 31217. Mrs. Kitchens was a member of Morningside Baptist church and was a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph Skipper, Sr. and his wife Betty; and her brother in law, Vince Milam. Survivors: Husband of 64 years, Leon R. Kitchens; Daughter, Luann (Marcus) McCook; Daughter, Barbara (Dwaine) Davis; Sister, Nell Milam; Grandchildren, Dana Perez and Brandi Davis; Great grandchildren, Makenzie and Paige Perez.
