Virginia Marshall Morgan

Virginia Marshall Morgan, 79, of Macon, died Friday, November 20, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 1:00PM, Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Macon Memorial Park with the Reverend Jim Ward officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Macon Rescue Mission, PO Box 749, Macon, GA 31202. Virginia was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church. She worked at the Georgia Farm Bureau for over 30 years until her retirement in 1998. Afterwards she was active in the Georgia Farm Bureau Retired Ladies' Lunch Club. She was a member of the Nathanial Macon chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Virginia was the daughter of the late Oliver Irvin Marshall and the late Mary Ruby English Marshall. She was predeceased by her son, James Barry Holloman. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Brenda Holloman of Macon; two grandchildren, Daniel Andrews of Macon and Sarah Williams (Mike) of Cochran, Georgia; three great grandchildren, Jayleigh Renee Williams, Briar Lane Williams, and Waylon Thomas Williams, all of Cochran; sister, Nell Marshall Durden (Andrew "Cappie") of Macon; brother, Buddy Marshall (Gloria) of Macon; and several nieces and nephews.
