Virginia "Ginger" Briley Clements

Virginia "Ginger" Briley Clements, 92, of Macon, died Monday, December 1, 2020.  Graveside services will be held Friday, December 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Macon Memorial Park with Dr. Mark Hudgins officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ingleside Baptist Church, 834 Wimbish Rd., Macon, GA 31210 or donor’s favorite charity.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyn Brantley Briley, Mrs. Clements was a long-time realtor with SSK and member of Ingleside Baptist Church.  She enjoyed going out dancing every week.  She was dedicated and enjoyed managing her rental properties in Macon.  Mrs. Clements was preceded in death by her husband, O.L. "Bill" Clements; daughter, Dr. Fabian Clements Worsham; and brother, Joseph Harris Briley.

Mrs. Clements is survived by her daughter, Gina Lyday (Lee); grandson, Dr. Austen Worsham (Theresa) of Dallas, Texas; great grandson, Oliver Worsham of Dallas; sister, Netty Jones of Birmingham, Alabama; dear nephew and niece Joe and Patrice and Briley of Gray, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
