Tiszoney Franklin, 42, passed away Monday, March 9, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, March 13, 2015 at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia with Elder Debra Franklin officiating. Mr. Franklin was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He loved sports and especially the NFL. Mr. Franklin is survived by his mother, Lugenia Franklin of Centerville, Georgia; father, Carlos Emanuel of Melbourne, Florida; brothers and sisters, Keith Mimbs of Atlanta and Gertrude Mimbs of Waycross, Georgia; Mario Terry, Reverend Caron Lewis, Jay Flanders, Ronda Emanuel, Lisa Goode; uncles, Clarence Eugene Franklin (Mary) of Greensboro, North Carolina, Charles Emanuel, Jr., Craig Emanuel, and Kenneth Emanuel (Regina); aunts, Debra Gail Franklin of Melbourne, Clarice Wilson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Rosalind Gaitor (Anthony) of Melbourne; grandfather, Charles Emanuel, Sr. of Melbourne; special cousin & Big Daddy, Jimmie Lee Franklin, Jr.(Adrienne); and a host of relatives and friends.
