Born on April 24, 1955, Timothy lived a fulfilling life marked by love, curiosity, and an unwavering spirit of service. Timothy devoted his professional life to the State of Georgia, where he worked tirelessly until his retirement. He was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to his community. His coworkers often turned to him for his wisdom and guidance, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. Above all, Timothy was a family man. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Lynn Martin Marchman, and his cherished son, Tim Marchman, both of Gray. His love for his family was evident in everything he did, and his commitment to his family was unwavering. Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Ricky and Sybil Brinkley Brown, whom he remembered fondly and often spoke of with great affection. An avid fisherman, Timothy spent many of his happiest moments on his boat, rod in hand, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. His love for the water was only surpassed by his love for his family. His fishing trips were often family affairs, providing cherished memories and bonding moments that will be held dear by his loved ones. In addition to his love for fishing, Timothy was also a skilled handyman. His family often joked that there wasn't anything he couldn't fix. He took great satisfaction in repairing things and was always ready to tackle a new project. His handyman skills extended beyond his home, as he was always willing to assist neighbors and friends with their own repairs. Timothy's legacy is one of love, service, and dedication. He touched the lives of everyone he met with his kindness and generosity. His memory will continue to inspire all who knew him. He will be dearly missed, yet his spirit will live on in the hearts and minds of his loved ones. Farewell, Timothy. Your life was a testament to the power of love, the importance of family, and the joy of a life well lived. Your memory will continue to be a beacon of light for all who knew and loved you. May you rest in peace, knowing that your life was filled with meaning, purpose, and love.
