Timothy S. Jones

Timothy S. Jones, 42, of 3938 Mickey Drive, died Thursday, September 20, 2012. Services will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2012, at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street, with the Reverend Bobby Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. The family will greet friends on Saturday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. Timothy was predeceased by his great grandmother, Nettie Jones; grandmother, Irene Jones; uncle, Stan Jones and step brother Mike Thomas. Even though Tim was developmentally disabled, he always smiled. Everyone who met him loved him; he never met a stranger and was open and inviting to anyone who came around. Survivors include his father David Jones; mother Jackie Thomas; grandfather John Jones; aunt Ann Koch; uncle Jim Jones and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
