Thomas H. Garrett

Thomas H. Garrett, 71, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2014. Services will be private. Family will greet friends on Saturday, September 13, 2014 from 6:00-8:00PM at Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. Mr. Garrett was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad. He was an active member of Ocmulgee Gun Club and enjoyed shooting with his friends. Most of all, he loved spending time with his two grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Nancy D. Garrett; daughter, Michelle G. Prescott (Chris); grandchildren, Christopher Pierce Prescott and Channing Dickson Prescott; brother, Douglas Garrett (Miriam); and sisters, Peggy O'Reily and Linda Fields.
