Macon, GA- Thomas Richard "Buddy" Spivey, Jr., 34, died Sunday, November 1, 2009. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 2:00PM at Macon Memorial Park. The family may be contacted at the residence of Donna Spivey, 4120 Dorothy Avenue, and will greet friends on Wednesday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street. Mr. Spivey was a loving daddy, husband, son, brother and uncle. He was predeceased by his grandfathers and grandmother, J. T. Harrell, Betty Harrell and John A. Spivey. Mr. Spivey is survived by his wife, Brandi Spivey of Lizella; mother and father, Donna and Rickey Spivey of Macon; sons, Seth Richard Spivey, Jakob Spivey, and Isaiah Spivey; sisters, Susan Denise Yates (Gene) and Tami Hudson, both of Macon; nieces and nephew, Tabitha Smith, Amber Smith, Zoey and Hunter Yates, Kaley Hudson, Shauna Bush, Brooke Bush and Emily Bush; grandmother, Emma Spivey; numerous cousins.
