Terry Lindsey

Terry Lindsey passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017. Services will be held Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210 with Rev. Kevin Mills officiating. Burial will follow at Midway Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will greet friends Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Cupola. There will be a procession of dirt/street bikes following the hearse to the cemetery for anyone wanting to honor Terry. Mr. Lindsey was the Product Support Manager, Georgia Operations, at Thompson Tractor Company for many years. He was an avid dirt bike rider, SCUBA diver and a lifetime member of the American Motorcycle Association. First and foremost, he loved his whole family. He also loved working on the house, motorcycles and could build or fix anything. Mr. Lindsey is survived by his wife of forty years, Sharon Hamrick Lindsey of Macon; son, Aaron Lindsey of Macon; brother, Lynward Lindsey (Holly) of Eatonton; sisters, Marcia Segler (Glen) of Gainesville, Georgia, Wanda Kelly (Dan) of Lizella; Cindy Durden (Al) of Macon; brother-in-laws, John Hamrick, Jr. (Kay) of Barnesville, Larry Hamrick (Barbara) of Macon, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews and his dogs, Nut Nut, Lil Buddy and Poco.
