Tammy Michelle Bledsoe

Tammy Michelle Bledsoe age 46, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018. Services will be held Thursday April 12, 2018. Visitation will begin at 5:30 PM and the memorial services at 6:30 PM at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel, Gray, GA. Rev. Susan Balfour will officiate. Tammy was born September 27, 1971 in Milledgeville, Georgia to Judy Counts Bledsoe and Dennis Ray Bledsoe. She was a graduate of Jones County High School where she played on the Lady Hounds softball team. They were the 1987 Regional Champions. Tammy was a member of the Nancy Hart Society, Daughters of the American Revolution. In 1999 she was in a serious car accident that sent her to the burn unit in Augusta for several months, causing her to become disabled at age 28. Tammy was preceded in death by her father Dennis Ray Bledsoe and her grandfather Dr. Thomas W. Lucik. She is survived by her mother Judy Counts Bledsoe, brother Michael Ray Bledsoe, children Justin Blake Connolly (Tabatha Harris), April Michelle Connolly (Quentarius Harden), grandchildren Blakely Alana Connolly, Presley Blake Connolly, grandmother Mary Alice Lucik and her former husband Kevin Michael Connolly.
