Susan Taylor

Macon-Susan Taylor, of Macon, died Friday, December 18, 2009. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 2:00PM at First United Methodist Church in Warner Robins with the Reverend Deborah Wight-Knight officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 20, 2009 from 3:00PM until 5:00PM at Hart's Mortuary on Cherry Street. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Macon Rescue Mission, 774 Hazel Street, Macon, GA 31201 or to Brighter Future Children Rescue Center-Liberia, of the United Methodist Church, Advance #3020790, Advance GCFA, P. Mrs. Taylor attended A. L. Miller High School and graduated from Crandall Business College. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Warner Robins and was a homemaker. Mrs. Taylor was the daughter of the late Frank and Farris Lester.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband, Mack Taylor; son, Steve Taylor (Sheryl) of Lumberton, NC; daughter, Cathy Taylor Lord (Curtis) of Macon; grandchildren, Joy Yancey (Sean) of Murfreesboro, TN, Brett Taylor of Lumberton, NC, and Leah Lord of Macon; great-grandchildren, Taylor Yancey and Mack Yancey, both of Murfreesboro, TN and Kaylee Taylor of Lumberton, NC; sister, Anne Rehberg (Mike) of Macon; nephew, Mick Rehberg of Macon.
