Susan Diane Meadows passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2105. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 11:00AM at Hart's Jones County Chapel. A visitation will follow the service at the home of Wade and Christy Adams, 554 Chapman Road, Macon , GA 31217. Donations may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 305 Smithville Church Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088. Susan was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duke. She was a devoted homemaker who loved gardening and fishing. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Robert Meadows; son, Chris Meadows (Kim); and grandchildren, Chelsea Meadows, Brannen Meadows, and Adam Meadows; and her beloved rat terrier, Rebel.
