Stacy Lacefield Amerson

Stacy Lacefield Amerson, 52, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on February 22, 2025. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Hart’s at the Cupola.  The family will greet friends following the service.

Stacy was born in Louisville, Kentucky on June 13, 1972.  For ten years she worked for Core Management Resources, where she was not only a valued employee but also a friend.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Stacy was a passionate individual, always giving back to her community. She poured her heart into volunteering for Operation Christmas Child, bringing smiles and hope to countless children every year.

Stacy was preceded in death by her father, William O. Lacefield Jr.; and her brother, William “Billy” Lacefield. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 30 years, Barry Amerson of Macon; daughters, Vada Amerson and Cassidy Amerson, both of Macon; mother, Maria Clance of Macon.
