Shirley Knight Hunt

Mrs. Hunt, 83, was born in Richmond, Virginia and was a longtime resident of Macon, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Howard V. and Alice P. Knight. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert A. Hunt, Jr. and son, Christopher S. Hunt. Mrs. Hunt was retired from Charter Lake Hospital and worked as a PCA for Caring Companions. She was a member of Riverside United Methodist Church. Survivors are Robert A. Hunt III of Macon, Cheryl Putnam (Tony) of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Lung Association. Visitation will be held at Hart's Mortuary, 765 Cherry Street, on Thursday, June 1, 2017, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
