Selma J. Mccook

Milledgeville, GA - Selma McCook, born March 6, 1945 resided in Milledgeville, Georgia. She passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Pine Pointe Hospice, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. In her free time, she enjoyed shopping and spending time with family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband of 51 years, Jim McCook; daughter, Michelle Prince (Tommy) of Forsyth; son, James McCook of Macon; grandchildren, Autumn Gunter and Caleb Woods of Byron; two great grandchildren, Natalie Green and Noah Hayden; sisters, Wanda Smith of Macon, June Subeck of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Faye Gatte of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Betty Willingham of Macon. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, October 25, 2014 in the chapel of Hart's at the Cupola. Visitation will be one hour prior.
