Sarah Joyce Lichenstein

Sarah Joyce Lichenstein died Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 4:00PM at William Wolff Cemetery with the Reverend Rex Odom officiating. In lieu of flowers it is requested that donations be made to Heritage United Methodist Church, 4062 Vineville Avenue, Macon, Georgia 31204.

Miss Lichenstein was a devoted member of the former Hillcrest, now Heritage United Methodist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class. In years past, she was a member of the choir and United Methodist Women. Miss Lichenstein worked as a cashier for several local drug stores, including Chi-Chesters College Hill and Roy G. Williams Drug Store. She also worked at Joycine's in downtown Macon.

Thanks to the staff of Belaire Assisted Living for their kindness and compassion.

Miss Lichenstein is survived by a dear friend, Eileen Batchelor.
