Sara "Nisi" Becker

Sara "Nisi" Becker died Sunday, June 26, 2016. Graveside services will be held at 3:00PM, Monday, June 27, 2016 at William Wolfe Cemetery at Rose Hill, with Rabbi Larry Sclesinger officiating. The family will have a reception following the service, beginning at 4:00PM, in the Grande Ballroom of Carlyle Place, 5300 Zebulon Road. Memorial donations may be made to Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, Georgia 31210. Mrs. Becker was a graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School in Kingsport, Tennessee. She was a member of the House and Garden Club and a member Temple Beth Israel in Macon. Mrs. Becker is survived by her husband, David H. Becker of Macon; son, Michael E. Day of Athens; daughter, Ida Becker Centner (John) of Atlanta; 3 grandchildren: John D. Centner , Michael Centner, and Sara Centner, all of Atlanta; sister, Katie Fleming of Kingsport, Tennessee; and brother, Jimmy Burchfield of Macon. Register online at www.hartsmort.com.
