Sandra J. Strong, 73, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, February 4, 2017 in the chapel of Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, with Dr. Charles Michael Blizzard officiating. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Family can be reached at the residence of Charleene Kitchens, 116 Sandy Run Drive, Lizella. She retired from Robins Air Force Base. Mrs. Strong was predeceased by her parents, Charlie and Leola Hattaway; and brother, Chuck Hattaway. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Ralph Strong of Macon; daughter, Terri Brown of Macon; step son, Brian Strong of Jacksonville, Florida; sister, Charleene Kitchens of Lizella; and sister-in-law, Gaye Hattaway of Macon; nephew and nieces, Tracy Hattaway (Connie) of Jones County, Lisa Seagraves (Joe) of Macon; a host of other family and friends; and her beloved canine babies, Bella and Coco.
