Samuel Kenyon Hogan

Samuel Kenyon Hogan, 70, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Tabernacle Baptist Church with the Reverend Jon Beck officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.

Sam is survived by his mother, Shirley W. May of Macon; sister, Daphyne Grimsley (John) of Alexandria, Virginia; brother, Raymond Hogan (Durell Kidd) of Omaha, Nebraska; nine nieces and nephews; and sixteen great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Sam was preceded in death by his wife, Dianne Hogan; father, Eddie May; and sisters: Judy Gray Hopson, Katherine Louise Harris, and E. Marie Smith.
