Sally E. Morgan

Sally English Morgan, 89, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Martha Bowman Church, with the Reverend Mark Magoni.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow the service at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.

Daughter of the late Olliff King English and Catharine Tomlinson English, Sally was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on February 11, 1935.  She attended A.L. Miller High School and the Macon Hospital School of Medical Laboratory Technology.  She was employed by Dr. Milledge Newton for 30 years.

Sally and her husband, Bobby, were active in Square and Round Dance. She was an active member of Martha Bowman Methodist Church.

Sally will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Cal Morgan and Tom Morgan (Linda Bentley), both of Macon; two grandsons, Matthew Morgan and Keaton Morgan, both of Macon; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby F. Morgan; and sisters, Gwen E. Payne (Franklin) of Macon, and Mary E. Sells (Clyde) of Lawrenceville, Georgia.
