Sallie Yates: 92, of Macon, Georgia passed away October 1, 2008. Graveside Services will be held Monday, October 13, 2008 at 11 a.m. in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Jimmy Duke will officiate. Born in Bibb County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Wyche and Lula McPherson Wyche. She was the widow of James William Yates, Sr. She was a retired salesperson for Belk-Matthews Clothing Store. She is survived by her grandson, Steven W. Yates; great granddaughter, Allison Wilder Yates; great grandsons, Shawn Goulding, and Tyler Goulding; daughter in law; Joye Hadarits. Hart's Mortuary and Crematory, Cherry Street has charge of arrangements.
