Ruth Elaine Fears Conner

Ruth “Elaine” Conner, 77, of Juliette, GA, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022.  The funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church, 365 Pea Ridge Road Juliette, GA with Reverend Jimmy Corbitt officiating.  The family will greet friends Tuesday, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church.  Burial will follow the service at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery.  Flowers are appreciated and memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Baptist Church 365 Pea Ridge Road Juliette, GA 31046.

Elaine was a member of Bethany Baptist Church where she was active in her Sunday school class and the Tuesday morning women’s Bible study group. She adored her time with these ladies especially the lunches following the class. Elaine absolutely loved anything Gone with the Wind and enjoyed reading, virtual jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with family and her animals.

Mrs. Conner is survived by her daughter, Susan Conner of Lizella; granddaughter, Macy Amos of Warner Robins; sister-in-law, Joyce Conner Radiches (Art) of Jacksonville, FL; her beloved fur babies, Molly, and Patches; and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elder Stanley & Ruth Lillian Brown Fears, and the love of her life, her husband, James “Jim” Carter Conner.
