Ruby Mae Windham

Ruby Mae Windham, 94, of Macon, Georgia, was received by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, September 10, 2022.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM, Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Hart’s at the Cupola with Dr. Mark Hudgins officiating. The family will greet friends one hour before the service. Graveside services will be private at Macon Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kate Davis Sunday school class at Ingleside Baptist Church, 834 Wimbish Road, Macon GA 31210 or Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, GA 31210.

Ruby Windham was born on June 22, 1928, to the late Ivey and Tollie Caison of Savannah, Georgia.

Mrs. Windham is survived by the love of her life, her beloved husband, Franklin D. Windham. Together they shared 34 years of travel, happiness, blessings, and true love, always placing each other first. Mrs. Windham was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond R. Purvis. Survivors include their children, Cheryl Ouzts (Hank) and Linda Welton (Dan), and a number of grand and great grandchildren.
