Ronald L. Green

Ronald L. Green, 71, of Lizella, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021.  A private memorial service will be held for family and friends.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to donor’s favorite charity.

Son of the late Forrest Lester and Doris Lee Grant Green, Ronald was retired from Armstrong World Industries.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting.

Ronald is survived by his wife of 46 years, Janice Green of Lizella; children, Phillip Elrod of Atlanta, Georgia, Brenda Lancaster (Mark) of Rome, Georgia, and Alicia Bearden (Ken) of Gray; grandchildren, Lorie Elrod, Jonathan Lancaster, Josh Lancaster, Alyssa Lancaster, C.J. Bearden, and Anna Bearden; and great grandchild, Luke Lancaster.
