Robert "Bobby" Winstead, 69, passed away July 1, 2013. A memorial service will be held Friday, July 5, 2013, at 11AM, in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola. Burial will be private. Hart's Mortuary at the Cupola has charge of arrangements.
