Robert Clay "Robby" Howell

Eatonton-Robert Clay Howell A Celebration of Life service will be held for Robert Howell (50), fondly known by all as "Robby", on Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Crossroads Baptist Church, in Eatonton, Georgia, at 2:00 p.m. Mr. Howell died Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Mr. Howell is a former resident of Childersburg, Alabama and a graduate of Childersburg High School and Auburn University as an Engineer. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry "Red" Howell and Ann Gaston Howell, Sister, Rebecca Brookins; father and mother-in-law Lonnie and Eula Mae Woodrum. Mr. Howell is survived by his wife of 24 years, Teresa Woodrum Howell; son, Lonnie Clay Howell; sister, Barbara Sutton and husband, Gary Sutton, Pelham, Alabama; nephew, Bobby Sutton, Pelham, Alabama; brother-in-law David Woodrum and wife, Kim Woodrum, Macon, Georgia. He is also survived by Aunts, Jo Howell Phillips, Birmingham, Alabama and Pat Howell Barnes, Sylacauga, Alabama, close Cousins and Friends. In lieu of flowers, the family request that all donations be made to the MDA/ALS Division of Georgia, 2187 Northlake Parkway, Bldg 9, Suite 116, Tucker, Georgia 30084, or Crossroads Baptist Church's Building Fund, 106 South Wesley Road, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.
