Robert “Rob” Clark Haddock, 75, of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Born in Lakeland, Florida, on September 7, 1950, Rob was the son of the late Dr. Carl Fuller Haddock and Juanita Rodgers Haddock.
Rob graduated from Reidsville High School and often looked back on his football days with his teammates. A graduate of Georgia Southern College, Rob appreciated the wonderful friends he made during college and high school years and enjoyed staying in touch with them. During the years of the Haddock Insurance Agency, Rob treasured the friendships of those in the industry. He also valued the employees and friends he made while owning assisted living facilities. From high school football days, to college days, to business ventures, to fishing trips, Rob often spoke of the treasured friendships he had made and valued over the years.
Rob is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Annette Harrison Haddock; their children, Tosha Haddock Middleton (Cam) of Sandy Springs, Ga., Clark Haddock (Sarah) of Macon, Ga., and Rachel Haddock Gates (Chris) of Jefferson, Ga; his grandchildren: Elizabeth and Sam Middleton; Harper, Penny and Charlie Haddock; and Noah and Oliver Gates. In addition, Rob is survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Lee and Jean Johnson, Gene and Shirley Kitchings; and several nephews and nieces.
A private family remembrance of Rob will be held after the cremation at a loving location. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a Christian organization of your choice.
