Mr. Robert Earl McBeth, 83, of Gray, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2024.  Funeral services will be at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 2:30PM, with the Reverend Jason Dillard officiating.

Robert was born to the late Robert and Leona McBeth in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.  He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and led a successful career as a branch chief with the Federal Emergency Management Agency.  Robert was a faithful Catholic and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Milledgeville.  A man of many interests, he enjoyed cooking, music, traveling, gardening, and deep-sea fishing.  Robert had a passion for baseball and was a fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Judith McBeth; and his sisters, Virginia Davis and Dorothy Hutchins.  He is survived by his daughters, Renee Cardona (Fred) and Robin Trantham (David); grandchildren, Kayla Hammonds, Hannah Cardona, Carter Trantham, and Emma Trantham.
