Robert Claude Maddox, 66, of 11065 Georgia Highway 87, Juliette, Georgia died Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Hart's Mortuary, Cherry Street, with the Reverend Herbert Williams officiating. The family will greet friends on Thursday from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home. Mr. Maddox was an avid hunter and fisherman. He had a heart of gold and loved his family deeply. Mr. Maddox is survived by his wife, Thearesa Maddox; son, Clayton Shane Maddox of Byron; daughter, Shannon Claire Maddox of Macon; brother, Richard Maddox of Hull, Georgia; sister, Susan Clark of Macon; stepson, Donald Hamilton Griffis of Juliette.
