Robert Samuel Grosscup

Mr. Robert Grosscup, 70, of Macon, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021. A memorial service will be held Monday, May 17, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. at Shurlington Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Ronnie Griffin officiating. Interment will follow the service at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens. The family will greet friends and loved ones at the church following the services.

Mr. Grosscup was a jack-of-all trades who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and woodworking. He was a long-time attendee of Shurlington Church of the Nazarene. Mr. Grosscup was a Staff Sergeant of the United States Air Force and worked many years as an electronic technician for Robins Air Force base.

Mr. Grosscup is survived by his wife, Cynthia Grosscup; stepdaughter Michelle Chambers (Chris); five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister Sheri Rinaldi-Williams (Terry); sisters-in-law, Kathleen Knoll (Tony), Patricia Owens and Audrey Clumm; brothers-in-law, James Clumm and Edward Clumm (Sue). He is preceded in death by his stepdaughter, Jennifer Becks; and granddaughter, Ashley Becks.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Shurlington Church of the Nazarene. Please note donations are in honor of Robert Grosscup, for the purpose of relighting and improving the church sign or for purchasing a new one.
