Robert Adger Elrod

Macon-Robert Adger Elrod, 79, died Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, June 19, 2010 in the chapel of Hart's at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, with the Reverend Jay Harris officiating. Burial will be in Georgia Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Air Force Sergeants Association, PO Box 31058, Washington, DC 20031 or American Heart Association, 3312 Northside Drive, #140-A, Macon, GA 31210. Mr. Elrod served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam. He was a member of the VFW, Air Force Sergeants Association and Air Force Association. Survivors include his wife, Veta Martinez Elrod of Macon; son, Tony (Michelle) Elrod of Arnold, MO; several grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
