Ralph Donald DeVane, Sr. 96, of Milledgeville, Georgia passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013. Services will be private. Born in Randolph County, Georgia, he was the son of the late Ernest Williford DeVane and Ruby Rebecca Rogers DeVane. He was the husband of the late Wilma Moore DeVane. He was an independent real estate agent, and a World War II Navy Veteran. He is survived by his son, Ralph Donald Devane , Jr. of California; Brothers, Elwood Vernon DeVane of Milledgeville, Georgia and Earl Hoyt DeVane of Macon, Georgia.
