Rafael Joshua Khatmullin

Rafael Joshua Khatmullin, passed away at the young age of 3 ½ years old, on Thursday, February 24, 2022.  Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Hart’s at the Cupola.  The family will greet friends one hour prior.  Burial will follow the service at Byron City Cemetery. The family requests that attendees wear bright colors in honor of Rafael.

Rafael loved his I-pads. He always had one for each hand and enjoyed watching his favorite cartoons on YouTube.  He loved Thomas the train, school busses, bright colors, and he was amazed by traffic lights.  He enjoyed spending time outside, and loved to look at brightly colored flowers.  Some of Rafael’s favorite foods were bacon, watermelon, rotisserie chicken, corn on the cob, and Barbeque potato chips.

Rafael will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Renat Razifovich Khatmullin and Ekaterina Viktorovna Mirzakulova, of Byron, Georgia; grandparents, Roza Pak, of Cleveland, Ohio, Victor Mirzakulov, of Cleveland, and Ohio, Rakhilya and Razif Khatmullin, of Kazan; aunt, Tatyana Mirzakulova, of Cleveland, Ohio; and uncles, Marat Khatmullin, of Sibiria, and Salavat Khatmullin, of Kazan.
